Who We Are

  • Guoyi Gan

    Guoyi Gan

    FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Guoyi’s years of hospitality experience (and travel) with Singapore Airlines led her to open Jigger & Pony in 2012, and influenced the company’s hospitality philosophy.

    Instrumental in shifting perception of hospitality and service in bars, the thought leader is active in the day to day operations within the group. Guoyi is also a champion of Singapore’s F&B community as the founding President of Singapore Cocktail Bar Association.

  • Indra Kantono

    FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Prior to founding Jigger & Pony Group, Indra forged a career in consultancy and equity management, and currently helms the business development of the company.

    Recognised in Bar World 100 and a co-chair on the Education Advisory Committee of Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, Indra constantly seeks new ways to empower and advocate for the cocktail community.

  • Aki Eguchi

    Aki Eguchi

    BAR PROGRAMME DIRECTOR

    Two-time consecutive winner of the Diageo Reserve World Class Singapore, Aki’s bartending skills and creative contributions are key to the success of Jigger & Pony when he joined as bar manager in 2013.

    Today, the Yokohama native oversees cocktail programming across the group’s distinct brands, as well as the training and development of bartenders in the company.

  • David Tang

    David Tang

    GROUP EXECUTIVE CHEF

    David is an experienced chef with 20 years of experience in restaurants, events, and luxury hotels. He spent most of his career working with culinary icon Wolfgang Puck in Beverly Hills, as well as opening restaurants in New York and the Middle East, before he moved to Singapore to open Caffe Fernet in 2018.

    The Le Cordon Bleu California alumnus currently oversees menu development and culinary operations of Jigger & Pony Group.

  • Emily Seow

    Emily Seow

    GROUP MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

    A 360-degree integrated marketing professional, Emily started her career in media and communications. She was last Editor in Chief of regional lifestyle platform City Nomads and also founded creative agency Nomadic Collective, working with international brands like Mikkeller, Mars Whisky, and Leckerbaer.

    She heads the Marketing and Communications team in the company, developing marketing strategy and brand partnerships.
