Rosemead

Rosemead is a farm-to-table American grill restaurant by Jigger & Pony Group. Housed on the ground floor of a 1920s heritage building near Raffles Place in Singapore’s CBD, Rosemead presents a contemporary style of dining that is refined, relaxed and convivial.

Named after Group Executive Chef David’s hometown in California, Rosemead consists of a restaurant, bakery,  and an on-site bar. While the cuisine is defined by comforting fare with bold, honest flavours and impeccable technique, the drinks programme is centered around a diverse 170-label and growing wine list and cocktails that emphasize freshness and seasonality. Rosemead is helmed by Chef David Tang and General Manager, James Moon — both Asian Americans born and raised in California.
